We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a fee.

Individual sessions are £70 for evening appointments and £65 for daytime sessions (10am-4pm). I also offer various package deals including a 6-session pre-pay for £390, 8-session block for £500, and specialized plans for phobias (£325) and trauma (£390). The initial discovery consultation is £50.
The £50 discovery consultation includes a full confidential client appraisal, explanation of how the mind works, and a guided relaxation recording to take home.
Yes, I offer special rates for NHS workers, blue light workers, and teachers. Daytime sessions are also discounted compared to evening sessions.
I'm available Monday to Thursday, 8:30am - 8:00pm. Weekend appointments may be available by special arrangement.
