I am a qualified psychotherapist, lecturer and hypnotherapy supervisor based in Swindon. I specialise in anxiety reduction, PTSD, phobias, and trauma. I have had the privilege of helping many people on their journey to better mental health and well-being.
I am a senior lecturer of Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy at Inspiraology Hypnotherapy Training in Swindon, Cardiff and the West Midlands, training the next generations of therapists.

I provide a safe and non-judgmental environment to help people cope with whatever issues they may be facing. I am a member of the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council, The Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and the National Hypnotherapy Council and I am committed to providing the best possible care to my clients.
I originally became interested in Psychotherapy as a way of helping a family member. Whilst getting nowhere with traditional routes to find assistance and help, I decided I would embark on educating myself in the best ways to find solutions to the problems.
I have a vast experience of working with people, developing businesses, ensuring continual improvement and managing goals. I am now putting this knowledge, drive and training into helping others achieve a better life.
Anxiety, Phobia, Trauma and PTSD reduction are amongst my specialities. I use proven techniques to help people overcome the Fight and Flight responses that they can have when they are triggered by memories of past experiences.
With over 35 years of experience, I have helped hundreds of clients across Swindon, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire and worldwide online overcome anxiety, trauma, phobias and depression using proven, evidence based methods.
