I specialise in reducing anxiety through various evidence-based approaches including CBT, NLP, neuroscience, and solution-focused methods. I work with individuals to help them overcome their anxiety and live a more fulfilling life.

My  approach to dependence recovery involves utilising a variety of therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Solution Focused Brief Therapy and hypnosis techniques.

Phobias and fears can be reduced easily and without the need of exposure. We will work together to desensitise the feelings around the phobia and build confidence to overcome it. 

Past Trauma can effect our every day lives. Changing how we deal with situations and often relationships. We can reduce the effects of trauma and get you living the life that you deserve.
