Mindfulness

The Mind Reboot program is a 7 week package for anyone struggling with Anxiety or extreme stress that is stopping them from moving forward in their lives.

 

Over the course of 7 weeks, we will clear all the trauma, anxiety, depressive states, emotional triggers and self limiting beliefs, many of which were formed in early childhood.

One of the big advantages of this program, is that you have no need to discuss or disclose any of the trauma that you wish to remove, allowing the sessions to be totally content free and of course to remain completly confidential.

No matter how problematic your past has been, or how low you are feeling right now, this programme can work for you.

There is a specific criteria that has to be achieved prior to being accepted onto the Mind Reboot programme, which will be discussed during an initial phone consultation. This criteria ensures that you are ready to take control and be fully committed to the steps needed to get the results that you want.

This programme offers closer support over the 7 weeks where needed and will include:

  • An in-depth consultation to get a clear idea about the current situation and your future goals.

  • A presentation of the workings of your mind in relation to your issues

  • Specific cutting edge tools to reduce negative feelings and anxiety 

  • Powerful hypnotic recordings to aid sleep and positively reprogram your mind

  • 6 one on one sessions specifically designed for you (plus consultation)

  • Additional text and email support where needed

The cost of this program is £500.
